REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We hope you love your new purchase but if something isn’t right then we are happy to discuss your options.

In order to offer you an exchange or refund you will need to meet the following:
1) You are returning the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2) Item/s are unused, in saleable condition and in original packaging with all tags attached.
3) The item has not been personalised
4) Item is Full Price Merchandise

Upon receipt of the product we will assess if the product is in its original and unused condition. If the returned product is not in its original and unused condition, we will contact you accordingly.
If you do not respond within 14 days, we will send the product back to you.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling of your return or exchange. You must also provide your own prepaid satchel if you would like an exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: These are end of run or discontinued styles and are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind. We do not offer refunds on any FINAL SALE ITEMS unless the item is deemed faulty. Please choose carefully as a store credit only will be offered if the item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. This is applicable to all online sales through tiggybycuddington.com.au
Tiggy by Cuddington makes every effort to display our products that appear on our website as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display calibration will match this. Please take care in reviewing your purchase prior to ordering or contact us for further info to avoid any mishaps.
Leather is a natural product. As such, it will have characteristics and variations which are considered features of the leather. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents, treatment which is inconsistent with Tiggy by Cuddington’s care instructions, dismantling or repair by persons other than recommended repair centres are not covered under the terms outlined above.
Under Australian consumer law, we are not required to give refunds for change of mind, or incorrect decision returns. Once a return for refund has been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, the transaction will be processed and issued to your credit card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days of the item being received and inspected by Tiggy by Cuddington.
Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds and also for your exchange item(s). Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
You the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the return item. If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange, so we suggest sending it registered post.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
If you have a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, description and photos of the issue so we can assess the situation.
General wear and tear is not deemed as a fault and we are only able to refund or exchange your item where there is a technical fault caused during manufacturing. Where we can, we will firstly attempt to repair your item before offering a replacement or refund.
The Returns & Exchange policy only applies to item(s) purchase from Tiggy by Cuddington. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms.
